    The first step to deepening your relationship with your body and the earth is observing the signs they share with you. But most cycle tracking methods are time-consuming and focus solely on the menstrual cycle. In this introductory video course, we’ll teach you a daily micro-journaling practice to track your menstrual cycle alongside the cycles of the natural world. You’ll learn why this simple practice is key to building self- and ecological awareness and get tips on how to integrate it into your daily life. And best of all, you don’t need to know anything about your menstrual cycle or nature to start.

    As women and menstruators who care about our planet’s future, it’s common for us to feel under-resourced to care for ourselves and unsure how long we can sustain our efforts to create collective change.
