Reimagining Leadership is back and better than ever, and our next cohort will run from March 26-June 25, 2025!
In this 4-month program for women and non-binary folks passionate about creating systemic change, you’ll be invited to reimagine your own leadership–and how we approach leadership as a collective–with the help of wisdom from nature, practical tools and transformative community.
Expect to challenge your assumptions around leadership, find your unique expression no matter what your current role, and connect to deep support from fellow participants, the natural world, and your own inner guidance. Discover the full program details here.

If you’re curious about joining the program, this informational session will walk you through what to expect, share more the big “why” behind the program, and provide an opportunity to get your questions answered.
My hope is the session provides you with the information you need to decide if Reimagining Leadership is a good fit for you at this time.
By signing up for the info session, you’ll be added to the waitlist and receive first access to registration, a generous discount on the program fee, and an opportunity to vote on our live call times.
At present, I anticipate that there will be 10 spots available for this cohort, with registration opening to the waitlist on February 27 and to the public on March 5.

Rebecca Magee (she/her)
Rebecca Magee is a teacher, facilitator, and systems thinker focused on the intersection of gender equity and climate justice. Her background blends ongoing studies in women’s leadership and health with a 15+ year career in environmental sustainability, social impact, and philanthropy at visionary organizations such as Echoing Green and EILEEN FISHER. An experienced leader, Rebecca has created transformative learning experiences for social impact leaders around the world, guided communities of women through life-changing retreats and peer groups, and led impact initiatives from B Corp certifications to ground-breaking grant programs. As founder of Sister Seasons, Rebecca helps women and non-binary changemakers–and the organizations they’re a part of–work with nature’s cycles to develop the skills they need to be thriving, regenerative leaders on a rapidly changing planet.
