Set yourself up for ease + impact in the cycle ahead with nature’s lessons from the spring season
As a new seasonal cycle arrives, join Sister Seasons to discover how to skillfully work with spring–and the start of any natural or creative cycle–for greater well-being, focus and impact in your changemaking efforts.
Spring is a tricky teacher and critical leverage point for burnout prevention. Sunny one day, freezing cold the next, this exciting yet fickle season offers powerful lessons on what it means to start well, so that you plant the seeds of regeneration–not burnout–in your work and life.
Through this interactive workshop, we’ll draw wisdom from nature to build your understanding and awareness of your energy in the spring season and its counterparts in other cycles, and then move through a guided activity to set you up for a flourishing and impactful 2025.
By the end of the session, you can expect to have deepened self-awareness of your spring energy patterns to support your well-being, thoughtful strategies and insights to help you make an impact without the overwhelm, and a personalized guide for clear decision-making in the cycle ahead.
