2024 Reflection Workshop

Wrap up your year and welcome the winter season with nature’s support.

As we reach the end of a cycle, join Sister Seasons for a special end-of-year gathering to welcome winter and gently begin to look back over the past year.

Winter can be a challenging season for many of us. But it is also a wise teacher that can help us better understand how we can support our personal sustainability and build our resilience, especially as we work to make a positive impact in the world.

In this workshop, we’ll explore wisdom from nature that can guide you through the upcoming winter season and help support your well-being year-round. Then we’ll slow down together and move through a guided reflection to start integrating the cycle of the past year.

Together, we’ll pause–even if just for a little while–to savor what we’ve accomplished, integrate what we’ve learned, and build our resilience by following nature’s lead.

By the end of the workshop, you can expect to feel refreshed, supported and connected with new insights to support the sustainability of your changemaking efforts.
