Begin your year with extra support to start getting to know your body and the natural world around you.
This February, we’re inviting our whole community to learn how to do the Field Notes practice together!
Field Notes is Sister Seasons’ unique method of tracking your body’s cycles alongside nature’s cycles to build your self- and ecological literacy in less than 5 minutes each day.
We teach this practice to you for FREE in our brand new short course, because we believe that getting to know your body and nature firsthand is the very first step to learning how to care for them, and we want everyone to have access to this simple, enjoyable and–dare we say–transformative practice.
It takes just 12 minutes to watch the course video, but we all sign up for free things on the internet and never follow through. So we’re throwing in some fun, live support and accountability, because we really believe this simple daily practice is that life-changing.
To participate in The Challenge, sign up for our FREE Field Notes course by February 23 and join our Instagram Live series @heysisterseasons to dive deeper into the course topics + get your questions answered:

February 16 @ 12pm ET - WTF Does It Mean To Listen To Your Body + Nature?

We’ll notify the Challenge winners by email and include them in the March newsletter. (If you’ve already signed up for Field Notes since our December launch, you’ll automatically be entered into the drawing!)
