Cyclical Nature Workshop

Two chances to learn how to start reclaiming cycles to restore yourself and regenerate our planet.

Most of us were never taught about our menstrual cycles. But almost all of us were taught that the way to make things happen was to work really, really hard.

To push through. To override the messages of our bodies. To ignore our needs.

So it’s no surprise that many of us as women and menstruators are deeply exhausted, depleted and no stranger to burnout.

This is a big problem.

Not just for our personal well-being, but also for our collective future. Because many of us have big dreams. Dreams of the change that we want to make, so that our world is a better place for all. Dreams the world needs more than ever.

You might already be putting those dreams into action–whether in your job, your business, your free time, or even your late night thoughts. But when you look at the overlapping crises of today, you wonder how you’ll be able to sustain your efforts or if change is even possible.

Because not only does the necessary change feel like a daunting task, it feels impossible when your body is saying “enough is enough.”

It’s time to reclaim cycles.

Your menstrual cycle–like all of nature’s cycles–offers an easeful pathway to bring yourself and your visions for change to life in ways that work with–rather than against–your body.

When you get to know these cycles, you learn how to regenerate your own well-being and build critical skills you need to regenerate our planet, bringing the change you seek within your reach.

In this 90-minute fun and interactive workshop, you’ll discover:

  • How the cycles of your body and nature support regeneration, starting with menstrual cycle basics from the four phases to hormones and more

  • Why reclaiming cycles is so important at this time on our planet for our personal and collective well-being

  • How to start integrating cycles into your work and personal life in simple, actionable ways

By the end of the workshop, your new knowledge will help you:

  • Have a basic understanding of what’s happening in your body throughout your menstrual cycle

  • Connect to an deep inner source of creativity and nourishment

  • Embrace your body as an ally, not an obstacle

  • Bring more ease into your everyday life–from work to home

  • Expand your awareness of your innate connection to nature

  • Apply the basic concepts of cycles to your life in ways that support you and our planet

If you’ve been curious to learn how to work with nature’s cycles and your menstrual cycle, or you’re ready to integrate nature or a greater sense of purpose into your existing menstrual cycle practices, this is a great place to start.

Together, we’ll create a strong foundation that can guide your journey of partnering with cycles. A foundation that can sustain you AND hold your vision for collective well-being.

Open to all women and all menstruators, regardless of gender identity. You do not need to have a period–at all or regularly–to benefit from this workshop.
