Nourish your joy–and each other’s–this summer with our free community series to celebrate the season of joy.
Traditional Chinese Medicine associates the summer season with the heart and the emotion of joy, making it the perfect (and perhaps the most accessible) time of year to nourish our hearts through intentionally nurturing our joy. And oh, can bringing down stress support your menstrual cycle!
To lean into summer’s gifts, we’re offering a free series of community joy hours to:
Support you in making time for the things that bring you joy
Boost our collective joy by engaging in it as a community
Have fun!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each Joy Hour will kick-off with community hellos and check-in before we open up generous time for you to engage in whatever thing it is that brings you joy (ideas on that below!). We’ll come back together at the halfway point for a dance break (or bio break, stretch break, water break–your choice), and say our goodbyes at the end. Overall, you can expect to have about 45 minutes of dedicated time to do your joy thing!
You are welcome to join for the whole hour, pop in as you can, or tune in even if you’re working just to get a little joy boost. Dial-in information will be provided in addition to the Zoom link in case you’d like to head outside during your hour.
Sessions are open to all who identify as a woman or menstruator, regardless of gender identity. Our use of the term “woman” is always trans-inclusive. So bring your friends!!
